User-supplied line only. No sportsbook prop feed.

A 70% L10 hit rate is not a forecast. The line you see moved for a reason, injuries, matchup, pace. This is the history, not the future.

Questions, answered

Does a high L10 hit rate predict the next game?+

No. It only tells you what happened in the recorded game log. Injuries, role, matchup, rest, and pace can change the next result.

Do you fetch sportsbook prop lines?+

No. You bring the line. The tool reads the player game log and counts how often that exact number cleared.

What does the odds comparison mean?+

If you enter prices, the tool compares market-implied probability against the L10 result. With both sides entered, it normalizes the two prices first.

The honest explainer

What a hit rate actually tells you

A hit rate is a receipt for the past: how often the player actually cleared the number you typed, in games that already happened. It's the fastest honest context for a prop — and it is context, not a forecast.

The devig comparison adds the missing half: what your book's price implies, next to what history did. When those disagree loudly, that's a prompt to investigate — the market moved that line for a reason you may not have seen yet.

Worked example

A player cleared 24.5 points in 14 of his last 20 (70%). Your book's −115 implies about 53.5% before devig. A 16-point gap sounds like free money — which is exactly why it deserves suspicion: role change, pace-up opponents in the sample, garbage-time minutes, or news the log can't see. The bar chart is where the question starts, not where it ends.

When NOT to use it

  • Small windows: L5 is five data points. Treat any percentage computed from five games as an anecdote wearing a number.
  • After role or lineup changes — the sample describes a player whose situation no longer exists.
  • Don't tail a green bar into a moved line. Books move props on information; a 70% history at a price implying 55% often means the 70% is the stale number.
