Terms of Service

By creating an account or using The One Analytics (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The One Analytics provides NFL analytics tools, player data, statistical projections, and AI-generated analysis for research and entertainment purposes.

Not gambling advice. The Service is analytical research — not a financial advisor, sportsbook, or gambling service. All decisions made based on content from the Service are your own responsibility.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction — to use the Service.

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

• Cancellation: Cancel at any time from your account dashboard. You retain Pro access through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
• Price changes: We may change subscription pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change affects your account.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-export data from the Service without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Service content.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that harm the integrity of the Service.

The Service — including its models, interface, branding, written content, and AI-generated analysis — is owned by The One Analytics and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

The Service incorporates data from third-party sources including nflfastR, Next Gen Stats, Pro-Football-Reference, and Vegas market data. All trademarks and data are the property of their respective owners. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of projections, the reliability of AI analysis, or the outcome of any wager, fantasy lineup, or betting decision.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past model accuracy does not guarantee future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The One Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including losses incurred from gambling, fantasy contests, or any decision made based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The One Analytics operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
